BAND BIO

Established in 1999, Dynamohum has remained a local favorite packing every show with high-energy infectious rock melodies, crowd interaction and plenty of excitement. Through the years one thing has remained constant – their hard-driven, powerful and energetic sound and performance. This is a band that will electrify you! Hands down, one of the best in the region, even rocking crowds in the particularly hard to please DC area. Not too often do you have the opportunity to be entertained at the level these professionals will take you. Splash Magazine says, “This band truly enjoys what they are doing, are good at it and because of that, you can feel their energy and electricity.”

DYNAMOHUM has performed at countless regional and local events over the years including Hi-Ball events, American Music Festival, East Coast Surfing Championship, Rock and Roll ½ Marathon, Jim Beam sponsored events (during their two year sponsorship), Neptune Festival, various military events, college parties, weddings and much more. As a band, Dynamohum has toured throughout the mid-Atlantic region from Vermont to Florida, including the world-famous Sloppy Joes in Key West and has opened for national acts including Blondie, Joan Jet, Better than Ezra, B-52’s, A Flock of Seagulls, Carbon Leaf, Oleander, Big Head Todd and the Monsters, Marshall Tucker Band and more. Individually, these men have performed on the Grand Ole Opry stage, WON a Star Search competition, performed WITH Jimmy Buffet and shared the same billet as Dream Theater, Ted Nugent and Brittany Spears to name a few.
